It was 2:46, I was at the super market with my best friend, Kelly... we were planing on having a girls night out that night, so we HAD to buy chocolate, It was crucial to have chocolate in time of the party. So we went to the best Market if you looking for Chocolate, it had a copious amount. Everything was great, the banter among the workers in the market, the baby boy giggling his way out of the market, but then... out of nowhere... the ground started to shake so hard, it kept going, harder, and harder and harder, it felt as it someone was behind me pulling me back and forth, I could barley stand without falling down along with all the cups, cans, chip bags piling up on the floor falling from all the racks.
"AHHHHHHH!!" I heard Kelly scream, I look back, and there she is, my best friend crushed on the floor, with a whole column holding the market steady lied on her legs, she was stuck. I crawled over to her, dodging all objects falling from the racks, once I got to her, her leg was bleeding profusely. I took off my coat, and I tightly rapped it around her leg, a nice adept worker man comes crawling over to us, and not even needing to ask, forces the column off Kelly's leg, I took off my coat, and tightly wrap it around her leg soaking wet in bright red blood. The shaking continues, it hits harder and harder, leaving us on the ground, not even able to stand up. then... the ceiling crashes down on our heads, overlapping everything, and everyone left in the market, out scream was not audible, we waited there for a rescue team to come, we waited to see the azure we had missed.
Days had passed, crowded-up under a collapsed roof, starving. we were in pain, I refused to
even speak to Kelly, I had to save every little amount of energy i could.
We stayed put for another whole day, and I knew we couldn't make it any longer, so thank god, they arrived just in time, I cant explain the feeling, of knowing you are one of the few surviver's,
making you feel important, and most of all... lucky. The ambulance rushed us irremediably to the hospital, where we had to stay for a month... but once we got home, the first thing we did, was... a girls night out, with chocolate... OF COURSE!!!
